Join as a bidder so you can begin to bid on your favourite property. Remember your first bid doesn’t have to be your best price but where you feel comfortable in starting the process at. Begin at a price point below what you think the property worth.

After you’ve entered a bid, you have the opportunity to add any terms, conditions and relevant information should you be the winning bidder.  This is not a requirement andremember the most important thing to do is enter an opening bid.

Get in Touch

Once registered we will notify Donna or Leanne who will get in touch and help you complete the documentation.

Donna or Leanne will have the vendor approve and sign off on your terms before approving your price/bid. We will then  notify you that you are now qualified and able to continue bidding.

Once qualified your tendered price will become a live bid. You’ll also be notified if there are changes to the bidding process or if the dates change as the reserve was not met.

Watch – Bid – Buy

Watch the countdown until the transparent bidding process and the current highest bid. During the bidding stage, you can increase your price at any time.

In the final stages, and when a new bid is made or the bidding increment is changed, remember to watch the clock so you can have a chance to bid again.

Importantly be sure to enjoy the process. You’re in total control and the process is completely transparent. The only way you will lose out is if you choose not to make further bids.
